Changes to shipping address, contact details, or product quantities can only be made within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.
2. Order Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, cancellations are generally not permitted.
In exceptional cases (duplicate order, incorrect payment), customers may request cancellation within 2 hours.
Bulk and customized orders are strictly non-refundable.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If eligible for cancellation, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
