Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). In the event of stock shortages, unforeseen delays, or high order volumes, customers will be informed promptly via email or phone.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 7–12 business days
  • Rural/Remote Areas: 10–15 business days
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (subject to customs clearance)
  • Custom / Made-to-Order Products: Delivery timelines may vary depending on production complexity, availability of materials, and scheduling. Customers will be informed of the estimated delivery time at the time of order confirmation.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery location, and courier service. Promotional offers or free shipping may apply from time to time.

4. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics providers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, DHL, and India Post to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

5. Tracking Orders

Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. Orders can be tracked directly on our website or through the courier partner’s tracking portal.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Components Craft is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. In cases of failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or repeated failed attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the courier service. Please ensure to check packages for visible damage at the time of delivery and notify us immediately if issues are found.
