Refund & Return Policy
1. Returns
- Products can be returned within 48 hours of delivery if defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories/tags.
- Non-returnable items include customized products, perishable goods, and hygiene-related products.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will be initiated after inspection of returned items.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products if stock is available.
- If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be processed.
4. Cancellations
Please note that once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
5. Bulk & B2B Orders
Refund/return terms for bulk or B2B orders may differ and will be governed by contract agreements.
