Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns

  1. Products can be returned within 48 hours of delivery if defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  2. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories/tags.
  3. Non-returnable items include customized products, perishable goods, and hygiene-related products.

2. Refunds

  1. Refunds will be initiated after inspection of returned items.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.

3. Exchanges

  1. Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products if stock is available.
  2. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be processed.

4. Cancellations

Please note that once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

5. Bulk & B2B Orders

Refund/return terms for bulk or B2B orders may differ and will be governed by contract agreements.
